How to correct verticality of high pole lamp


The use of high pole lamps is very common, such as city square, municipal park, school stadium, highway toll station and so on. The height of high pole lamp is more than 15 meters, which is the difference between middle pole lamp and high pole lamp.
Manufacturers usually design two sections of poles with a height of more than 12 meters for inserting. One reason is that the pole body is too long to be transported. The other reason is that if the overall length of the pole is too long, it is inevitable to need a super large bending machine. If this is done, the production cost of high pole lamp will be very high. In addition, the longer the lamp body is, the easier it will be Shape.

However, the connection will be affected by many factors. For example, the high pole lamp is usually made of two or four sections. During the process of inserting, if the insertion operation is not appropriate or the insertion direction is incorrect, the whole installation of the high pole lamp will not be straight, especially if you look up from the bottom of the high pole lamp, you will feel that the verticality can not meet the requirements, which is often encountered What should we do? Let's deal with it from the following points.

1. First of all, let's look at the bottom section, that is, the section with flange plate, to see whether it is positive or not, and there is a simplest way to measure whether it is vertical or not.
The operation method is to tie a heavy object with a thin nylon rope, hold the top of the nylon rope with your hand at the position about 10 meters away from the high pole lamp to make the gravity drop naturally. Then, when the nylon rope is 20 cm away from the eye, use one eye to go up and down with the bottom section of the high pole lamp through the vertical line of the nylon rope.

If this method can be used in the four directions of East, West, North and south, the perpendicularity of the bottom section is OK.
If it is found that the bottom section of the high pole lamp is not parallel to the line of the nylon rope, it needs to be adjusted in time. Otherwise, the segment inserted at the top will also be not vertical, and even the higher it is, the more inclined it will be.

2. Check whether the inserted part is in place. Generally, whether it is high pole lamp, communication tower or beautification tower, the steel pole that needs to be inserted will have a theoretical insertion depth in the design.
If the actual insertion depth is much different from the theoretical insertion depth, which is more than 20 cm, the installation may not be correct. Only when the depth is determined to be enough, can the vertical effect be effectively guaranteed.
3. If it is determined that the bottom section is relatively vertical and other segments are inserted in place, if it is still not straight, there is only one possibility, that is, the wrong insertion direction.

Most of the high pole lamps are designed as octagonal poles. The manufacturers will carry out a series of plug-in tests before the finished high pole lamps leave the factory.
After successfully completing a series of debugging steps, the installation personnel should mark a certain position of the pole body of the high pole lamp to ensure that the construction team can correctly install. If the assembly is not carried out according to the marked direction, even if the bottom section is vertical and inserted in place, it may also lead to incorrect.

After the introduction of the above several steps, we clearly understand that if the careless installation of high pole lamp causes some problems in the installation of a detail, there will be a lot of later troubles.
Therefore, when installing the high pole lamp, we must instruct the relevant installation personnel to pay special attention to every detail, so as to avoid the insertion error of the high pole lamp.
Because the weight and height of the high pole lamp is too high, once there is a slight deviation problem, if we go back to do the secondary correction, it will be a super large project, and it will also waste a lot of manpower and material resources, and the loss caused by this will not be small.
